Full Job Description :-
Primary responsibilities to include the following:
Manage Global tax compliance timetable, coordination of inputs from within the business and external stakeholders (including Advisory partners)
Prepartion of tax journals and disclosures for Group Annual report and various stat accounts
Assisting with tax reporting relating to India legal entities
Preparation of UK VAT returns & tax reports (Senior Accounting Office, CCO etc.)
Monitoring of withholding taxes, providing scrunity of witholding by customers
Preparation of intercompany Transfer Pricing recharges, maintainance of TP documentation
Other adhoc projects relating to tax
Provide occasional holiday cover for Treasury Department whilst other members on leave
