Personal Attributes:
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends
Proficiency in MS Excel, and other Microsoft products
Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc) Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Good Analytical Skills, Communication, Should be able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Excel, and other Microsoft products

Key Functional Area
On page and off page optimization
Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing and new content
Optimize websites to rank higher for relevant keywords in the organic search result
Awareness about various content marketing platforms
Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our keywords ranking.
Explore new ways to improve keyword ranking for target audience.
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations for elements and structure of web pages
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development – general and keyword specific
Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization
Work with the development partner to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Develop and implement link building strategy
Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts etc)
Implement link building program
Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing trends & developments
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
Requirements
Education: MBA – Marketing (Any Graduation – Engineering Preferred)
Experience: 2 – 4 years’ experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and building SEO friendly content
Domain knowledge: SEO, Content Writing, Digital Marketing Ecosystem
