Job Responsibilities
“1. Responsible for the strategy and planning of Google Advertising
2. Manage & Mentor the SEM team
3. Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid (Google and Bing) campaigns.
4. Present data, reports, and strategies to the management.
5. Manage campaign budgets and ROI, forecasting monthly/quarterly/yearly budgets and sales.
6. Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
7. Improve the efficiency of the SEM campaigns for better returns
8. Research and analyze competitors and take necessary actions to stay ahead of the competition.
9. Work and present to different stakeholders in the Product, Merchandising, Technical, and Operation teams to drive overall efficiency. ”
Required skills
“1. 10+ years of SEM experience across Google and Bing.
2. Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
3. Should have experience in managing multi-million dollars of spending.
4. Should have 5+ years of experience in managing the performance marketing team.
5. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.
6. Experience with bid management tools.
7. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Omniture, Google Analytics).
8. Strong analytical skills.
9. Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
10. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
11. Hand-on experience to leverage the Google Adwords API for basic task efficiency.
12. Should be flexible enough for working in different shift timings.
13. Should have 5+ years of experience in the eCommerce industry”
