Key Responsibilities
Processing and Manage payroll related Activities Independently for China and Japan.
At least 7+ years of experience in payroll operations.
Having project experience to implement new system is an added advantage.
In depth understanding of payroll concepts and procedures.
Understanding and complying with the country’s statutory requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills: able to collaborate and work in teams.
Should have Good accounting knowledge.
Required Knowledge
Should possess strong payroll related knowledge.
Good oral and written communication skills in English. Knowing Chinese&Japanese is a plus.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office (preferable knowledge of Outlook, Advance Excel).
Strong people skill, excellent communication and ability to work with people of all level are essential for the position.
The individual is required to be team player, analytical, versatile, and can manage time effectively, setting task priorities independently.
This position also requires expertise in policies and guidelines (such as, but not limited to, HR compensation and benefits policies, HR Mobility Policy, and Global Payroll System) and country statutory acts relating to Payroll and intermediate understanding of accounting principles.
