Job Role· Identify and target potential markets both domestic and international· Build brand awareness through different media platforms· Plan sales and advertising campaignsPreparation of annual, quarterly and monthly cluster marketing plans in line with the broad objectives.Track and analyse competitor marketing initiatives to define an appropriate strategic responseBrand Management, Advertising, Consumer marketing, Channel and Category management, Business PL.· To Work closely with salesforce for driving primary & secondary sales, facilitating changes in consumer & trade schemes and initiating various long & short term plans to boost sales.Develop & implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.Increasing the acquisition of new retail partnersJob Requirement: · 5-8 years experience in the Marketing department.· Retail Industry will be added advantage.· Candidates from Delhi/NCR will be given preference.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Noida, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 5 years (Required)
