TELECOMMUTE Location: Remote, US
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing management or operations role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or similar.
Strong writing and editing skills to assist in campaign development and execution of testing new campaigns.
Real estate, proptech, financial or fintech experience preferred.
Incredibly organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, multi-tasker, who thrives in a growing startup and fast-paced environment.
Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback through open communication
Desire to learn, be curious and develop new competencies with a focus on the quarterly and annual company goals
Demonstrate ability to be self motivated and solutions oriented who can independently research and resolve issues.
A positive attitude, passion for creative marketing services in a new, digital focused environment and win/win perspective

Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate across demand generation, product marketing, brand and sales teams to help build campaign plans for industry partners that achieve key objectives
Manage work flows and projects with our preferred partners (real estate brokers and agents) to ensure detailed tracking and follow through on specialized marketing services
Attend cross-team and key account meetings with existing or new partners, supporting new partner launches and onboarding, as well as ongoing needs
Manage cross-functional internal workflows across copy, design, collateral and beyond to ensure that campaign execution plans are met
Support planning and execution of in-field, local market activities for marketing and sales enablement teams including market launches, sponsorship events and virtual or live local events.
Craft campaigns and programs that drive partner and Homeward objectives.
Manage and support special projects, and assigned partner services on behalf of our key accounts.
Manage automated campaigns for social media and digital ads in our campaign platform
Help maintain, update and distribute partner marketing assets with support from creative, content, and design teams
Support reporting on performance of social/digital media campaigns, marketing collateral usage and business results for our preferred partners
Set up and manage ongoing surveys and feedback loops with key accounts and partners. Consolidate and distill feedback for review by management and cross-functional teams..
Be a “voice of the partner/customer” and the industry at large, contributing insights and analysis that helps internal marketing teams to produce work that resonates with the agent audience segment
Stay on top of recent developments for major digital advertising channels and real estate industry trends
Attend in-person company or team meetings, local events or conferences as requested to support field services
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 5 – 6 years in Marketing management or operations role( Required )
Graduation: Bachelor’s Degree( Required )
Proficient in English( Required )
