Makebot is a subsidiary of Globalspace Technologies, a BSE listed company and also funded by Times of India group.Marketing & Communication Manager-Role Summary: This is an individual contributor role. The position demands to develop and deliver marketing and communication strategies, plans to help market & position Makebot to attract clients & customer and establish Makebot as a premium brand in the field of education.Role and Responsibilities: Enhancing Brand Relevance and Visibility· Aggressively increase relevance and visibility of Makebot thought-leadership, interviews and articles and event participation.· Support our team to develop interest and convert potential engagements into sustainable partnerships.· Responsible for creation of communication strategies to enable the cultivation strong relationships with the target audience, external partners, and key media outlets.· Develop and manage key touchpoints including but not limited to the partner facing website, LinkedIn pages, and oversee development of associated collateral including case-studies, infographics etc.· Leverage customer insights to position Makebot as an innovator in the Education space.Product Marketing· Creating & executing a marketing plan for every new product launch· Develop and drive PR campaigns that facilitate adoption of Makebot products & Makebot Kidz Franchise among key customer groups i.e. business partners and consumers.· Collaborate with SEO team to improve reach of marketing collaterals.· Writing video scripts & coordinating with Team for product videos· Copywriting for product images to be uploaded on e-commerce sitesSocial Media Marketing· Create Content for Social media Platforms and generate lead through digital campaigns· Increase brand awareness through social media marketing· Respond to all messages on social media.· Join social media groups and industry platforms & discuss about the organization to increase the brand awareness.Website Management: · Monitor official website and co-ordinate with Creative Team for regularly changing banners, write blogs, update press releases etc.Customer Initiatives: · Leverage marketing tools, owned channels, and consumer insights to enhance customer education about Makebot and its offerings and drive preference for the Makebot brand.· Develop an insights-based approach to communications, that is supported by a robust measurement framework.· Socialize the results of marketing and PR efforts among internal and external stakeholders.Content Creation: · Oversee the creation business content; for example, newsletter, blogs, social influencers, annual reports, and other marketing collateral materials to ensure that all content put out by the brand, both in print and online, is edited to conform to the business’s agenda and messaging.· Create marketing materials for existing and prospective customers including whatsApp posts, pre-sales emails, presentations, flyers etc· To co-ordinate with creative team for designing all the marketing materials.Media Relations: · Draft, edit and proof articles of internal & external communication· Act as the point-person in conventional media interactions, such as newspaper interviews to ensure a positive portrayal of the business at all times. Exercise judgment in prioritizing media opportunities, making necessary coordination with appropriate persons in organizing and preparing presentations, speeches, talking points, and other external media relations materials.· Actively engage, cultivate, and manages press relationships that ensure the coverage of Makebot’s programs, events, public announcements, in line with the overall marketing and communications strategy.Stakeholder Management and Communications: · Partner with internal stakeholders like HR, Technology, Investments etc., to drive awareness and participation for key initiatives.· Plan calendar and oversee relevant media trainings for spokespersons.· Maximize ROI with Agency partnerships.Qualifications & Competencies: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience and comfort in presenting to senior management.· Experience in mapping PR efforts to business outcomes· Strategic, highly organised, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once· Candidate with high-quality exp. in Internal & corporate communications & Branding.· Good understanding of digital communication & social media platforms· Strong knowledge of Digital & Social Media Marketing.· MBA in Marketing· 4+ years of experience in Branding and Marketing Communication Profile· High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.· Excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholdersEmployment Type: Full TimeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹5.00 – ₹15.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):Do You have any prior experience in Franchise Business?Experience:total work: 6 years (Required)
