Coordinating with the Travel desk for Flight tickets and booking.Stationary Management.Pantry Management (Daily consumption and ordering material)Attendance taking of Staff, Drivers, House Keeping staff, Pantry BoysCourier Management ( Arranging pickup / Courier distribution)Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone callsmanaging diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executivebooking and arranging travel, transport and accommodationreminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlinestyping, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondenceimplementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systemsliaising with staff, suppliers and clientscollating and filing expensesmiscellaneous tasks to support their managerKey skills for PADiscretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential informationFlexibility and adaptabilityGood oral and written communication skillsOrganisational skills and the ability to multitaskThe ability to be proactive and take the initiativeTact and diplomacyCommunication skillsA knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All the employees are fully vaccinated.
