Role Description

We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) who has experience working virtually in a global company across multiple time zones. The PA will need
to support two Senior Leaders within the Strategy & Technology department. The role comprises of traditional PA duties, including complex diary management, travel, and other administrative tasks such as raising purchase requisitions and submitting expenses. The role will also provide the opportunity for career growth and to get involved in additional projects, managing agendas, actions, and outcome tracking.


Scheduling meetings and calls with the senior leaders, customers and business partners

Complex diary management

Arranging UK and international travel arrangements; this may include organising visas and dealing with last minute changes and/or cancellations

Expenses submissions

Project work including managing processes and taking minutes at senior management level

Working closely with the wider EA/PA community, covering holidays as and when needed

Inbox management

Personal Attributes

A minimum of three years’ experience working as an EA/PA to senior manager level

Experience in a global organisation, a minimum of 1000 people

A strong background within the technology sector

Resilient, adaptable to change and transformation

Great communication skills – both written and verbal

Eager to learn new things and grow their skill set

Enjoys working in a varied and evolving work environment

Thinks creatively and likes to problem solve

Likes to share their ideas and collaborate with colleagues

Both detail-orientated but can also step back to understand the role they play in the bigger picture

Takes initiative and ownership of the tasks within their remit


Excellent communication both written and verbal

Microsoft 365 (incl. SharePoint, MS Office)
