The Role Responsibilities
Information and Cyber Security (ICS) controls management and governance across primarily Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls for the relevant Business assets.
Cloud ICS controls governance.
ICS Controls gaps focal point across relevant Business assets.
Risk assessment of controls gaps.
Drive resolution of control solution or related control deployment issues with relevant ICS/Technology/project delivery teams.
Coordinate ICS BAU remediation.
Partnership with business and technology to prepare testing scenarios (purple testing) to prove controls effectiveness.
ICS Controls metrics and reporting.
Ensure compliance with bank’s policy and standards.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.
Key Stakeholders
TDR group, Technology & Innovation, Consumer Personal and Business Banking (CPBB) Business stakeholders
Our Ideal Candidate
At least 5 years of related experience in the Cyber Security domain.
Very good knowledge of at least one IAM controls and relevant technology solutions.
Familiar with cloud and security risks relevant to migration to cloud.
Understanding of cyber threat landscape.
Willingness to learn about the technology and cyber threat environment.
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly on conference calls, in meetings, via email, etc. at all levels of the organization.
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Engineering / Bachelor degree.
Advantage for those with any of the certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CCSP
