Job Description:
The individual in this role is responsible for supporting a student through his/her journey as a student at Newton School. The ultimate goal is to provide a positive experience and enhance relations with students.
Please note that this job requires the candidate to work from our office at Bangalore. WFH is not allowed.
Day to day responsibilities:
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner (VOICE PROCESS)
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Keep records of student interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Must haves:
A bachelor’s degree
Experience in customer support is preferable
Max salary of 3.6Lpa (gross), basis your previous/current salary, management retains final right to decide
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
