Job SummaryThis position focuses on customer service & Guest/visitor management. You will help build partnership with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are attended to promptly. You will supervise the Front Desk operations and will ensure that the high-quality service is being delivered in a friendly and professional manner. You will be the single point of contact for the guests upon arrival till they are not addressed by the respective department executive.
