YOUR ROLE
Finance & Accounting OTC Process, is a core function of the business that helps with collection. The role requires talents to manage daily collection processing, overdue monitoring, The resource will focus on various customer outstanding, overdue control, KPI Measures and handling dispute management .
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Sending Customer SOA to Business development team and Customer to follow up for collection on a weekly basis
Reconciliation of Customer Account frequent Interval
Daily receipt posting and allocation of receipt to the respective Invoices
Sending weekly ageing report along with action plan and comments on each outstanding
Dispute Management, Handling customer queries and find the required solution.
Ensure Invoice submitted to customer on time and maintain the document control.
Maintain customer database for follow up
Monthly Reconciliation with customer and balances confirmation
Customer Contract Management
Welcome Letter for the New customer
Maintain Customer KYC – CMD
Credit Management
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
University degree in Accounting/Finance.
Minimum 2-3 years of OTC experience
Self-starter who can work independently under minimum supervision
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Additional knowledge of other languages is beneficial
Able to work in a matrix organization and in an international environment
Result and quality oriented with high sense of urgency.
High engagement and team spirit can well participate team activities.
Skilled use of office software, such as advanced excel etc.
JDE Experience would additional advantage
