Key responsibilities:Need to be able to offer top administrative support to executive level individualsShould be able to manage Zoho CRM effectively on the sales side.Run a weekly executive level weekly meeting, by preparing an updated agenda of items using Zoho etc.Have the ability to edit contracts, send contracts via Zoho Sign, and make sure the sales process is flowing by keeping on top of deliverables and making certain we stay on taskAbility to help with some minor projects, i.e. identify a vendor and order uniforms, identify an audio/video vendor to set up a conference room with proper equipment, interact with existing staff.Qualifications:Bachelor degree or any certification related to administrationExperience assisting CEOs and executive levelResults oriented, can juggle multiple tasks, very organized and knows how to keep executives on task and accountable through weekly meetings.Knows to make minutes of the meeting and keep files and recordsGood experience with Zoho and some features to help streamline the organizationExperience in using GSuite and other online appsWell versed in using Microsoft officeType of employment: Virtual/Online/RemoteSchedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM New York Time, Monday to FridaySalary range: $8 – $10 per hourJob Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, FreelanceApplication Question(s):Do you have experience working in Property Management or Real Estate company?Do you have experience using Zoho?Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Executive Assistant: 3 years (Required)Language:English (Required)
