Full Job Description :-
o Excellent understanding on various pricing models like Fixed Price, T&M, and transaction based, Outcome based pricing. Deal structuring for large & strategic accounts with modeling of various cost saving propositions Expertise in developing various customized pricing models based on the customer business case, RFP requirements. Support in contract restructuring and negotiations o Analyzing commercial models to asses commercial and operational risks, and perform what-if analysis of the possible scenarios. o Good understanding on the various commercial terms & conditions, and ensure they are appropriately covered. o Collaborating with Sales, Delivery & Pre sales and other teams as needed for the deal o Good working knowledge of accounting policy and able to suggest the ways to construct the deal with in the accounting policy and principals o Well versed with various revenue recognition and cost capitalization methods and should be able to construct the financial model in line with accounting policy and guidelines. o Should be able to run the deal financials with Sr. leadership team.
