We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 7+ years of experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plans and executes digital marketing advertising campaigns.
Create Instagram, Snapchat and Google campaigns to increase conversion on the website.
Do keyword research and manage the PPC campaigns on a daily basis and report the performance daily basis.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) on a daily basis.
Provide weekly reporting on social media page performance.
Collaborates with internal teams to optimize the user experience.
Should evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels. (Crazy egg)
Create a Dashboard on google data studio to visualize all data from all analytics including ads and website analytics (Mother of Data) for a comprehensive look at our website performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Good communication skills.
Good Grasp on content & concepts of customer psychology for marketing
Working understanding of digital marketing.
Comfortable with lots of data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Comfortable in coordinating with Vendors, Programmers, business teams & Content Writers regarding changes required in the sites
Proven track record of delivering tangible results within their respective functions
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
Strong analytic ability, comfortable with performance product solutions
Adept at quick decision making, in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
Self-motivated, passionate and proactive; a team player
Good knowledge of E-commerce industry dynamics preferred
