Context/Scope:
Diageo Digital & Technology (DT) is a multi-functional, digital delivery function set up to liberate and equip markets to deliver the Diageo’s Strategic Priorities. This is achieved through:

D&T plays a critical role in enabling Diageo’s digital agenda through delivering our strategic priorities in many areas, including E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Demand Sensing and Manufacturing Optimisation.
The Precision Marketing Application Support role sits within the Consumer P roduct Line Run team; the aim is to enable greater stability and security through a structured and consistent approach to delivering IT operations. The D&T Run organisation is responsible for running a resilient and secure technology landscape at agreed service levels, at lowest cost, securely and compliantly, while improving performance.
This role will be focused on all operational support activities for Diageo’s Consumer marketing solutions, with a focus on cloud platforms, and Diageo social media accounts.
Diageo’s dedicated global consumer marketing strategy (named ‘Precision Marketing’) has driven the requirement for the need to have a dedicated operations team to support a series of marketing technology solutions. Governance of Diageo’s social media footprint is also critical. This role will be crucial in developing and delivering the operational requirements of the newly formed, centralised social media account access team, safeguarding Diageo social media footprint, and protecting brand reputation.
This role is a part of the team responsible to ensure highest 24 hour/7day critical system availability.

Candidate should ensure that all processes are followed properly and in service to the larger goal of customer satisfaction
Candidate to predict and proactively clear bottlenecks, supply escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Purpose of Role
For the Diageo Digital and Technology team, security comes first. The role is critical to ensure that the marketing systems they are managing meet Diageo technology, data privacy and ITGC standards.
Be the subject matter expert on Diageo social media account access management and relevant native channel page/account connections (Facebook/Instagram)
Act as the main point of contact at Diageo for end user requests from brand teams/agencies.
Top 3-5 Accountabilities
Execution of all the pre-defined Diageo security and compliance controls for marketing technology e.g., vulnerability management/pen testing management, change/patch release management etc.
Responsible for the brand team, agency, and individual user onboarding process (including JML + SSO set- up )
Ownership/global admin rights to all of Diageo social media brand accounts across Facebook + Instagram (supported by other Run team members)
Main point of contact for granting – as well as monitoring – access to Diageo social media accounts to brand teams/agencies as and when needed.
Responsible for ensuring – and resolving – ongoing social page connections to relevant marketing systems
Qualifications and Experience Required
Min 8+ years of industry and 5+ relevant experience
Must have good knowledge/experience in maintaining the correct Facebook / Instagram social media page connection requirements across Pages, Ad Accounts, and Facebook Business Manager
Should have an understanding and interest in delivering technology security and compliance controls
Ability to work independently and communicate across teams with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and come up with out-of-the-box solutions
