Digital Ads Specialist (SEM + Social)Our Digital Advertising team is looking for a Specialist, with a focus on both SEM and Social Media, to add to the growing team. This person is responsible for working closely with the clients of our Partners and the creation, monitoring, and optimization of Advertising Campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing, etc. The role involves customer service skills, strategic thinking, mixed with creativity and technical knowledge, to ultimately craft campaigns that drive results.Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize campaignsWrite ad copies for assigned campaigns following best practicesKeyword and competitor researchDiscuss creative direction for the ads and provide guidance following best practicesCreate and manage campaign testsPlace tracking codes and generate goals within Facebook Business Manager and Google AnalyticsCreate reports for campaigns, optimize and provide insights on a monthly basisAnswer questions from the partner and their clients about Search & Facebook AdvertisingSkills and Qualifications1+ year creating and monitoring Paid Social Media Management campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and SEM campaigns on Google and/or Bing1+ year customer service experience via Email and over the phoneCommerce or Marketing degree or certification preferableExperience creating and presenting strategies designed to reach a client’s KPIsCan think strategically about campaigns to envision a system that will work cohesively to create real results for clientsFamiliarity with Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel to effectively track and monitor campaign performanceExperience with Paid advertisements on other social media platforms (such as Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat etc) is considered an assetResponsible for the following KPIs: Campaign performance Campaign throughput Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offProvident FundWork from homeSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Social Media Advertising: 2 years (Required)SEM: 2 years (Required)
