Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, Patch Management, Anti-Malware, Desktop/laptop imaging, anti-virus and inventory management tools.8. Manage user expectations and potential risks9. Chalk out maintenance plan for the prevention of unexpected failures10. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions and procedures.11.
