The Copy Writer is accountable to craft and edit a wide variety of marketing collateral including ad copies, email subject lines, blogs, whitepaper, email communication, press releases and more. The Writer will work closely with the Creative team to ensure that all pieces of creative share unification between the verbal and visual message. Responsible to keep corporate strategy in mind when developing any ideas or copy. This position will directly report of Director of Creative Services and requires extensive collaboration with key stakeholders.

This person will be collaborating with counterparts in our Silicon Valley, USA office including our Senior Executive Team.

A lot of creative work of analyzing trends and results, while simultaneously thinking creatively about improvements and strategies.
You have:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles focused on B2B
Must have highly creative skills- can make mundane sound compelling
High level of organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and ‘hands-on’ approach
Ability to consistently deliver high quality work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Ability to quickly learn new tools, and adapt to new processes
Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural environment.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
What you’ll do:
Review and analyze client’s core positioning, message, target audience, objectives, etc to incorporate in the copy
Work with the Creative team to brainstorm and deliver copy content to accompany visual elements (e.g. brand personality, brand positioning statement, campaign concept and content, audio scripts, newsletters, brochures, website copy, posters print ads, etc).
Write clear, persuasive, catchy, original copy both short form and long form content
Ensure all content complies with Replicon’s guidelines. Modify and redevelop copy in response to feedback
Lead process of defining and refining Replicon’s brand voice and tone; edit external communications copy as needed; ensure all corporate materials remain within brand tone and style.
Conduct additional research of client landscape; be familiar with the Replicon’s product/service and competitors
Keep current with emerging digital technology, creative and marketing strategies.
Present initial ideas to Creative Director for approval
