Position Overview

The Campaign Analyst owns the responsibility to explore industry trends, opportunities, researching client behavior and tracking the campaign advertising cost. In this role, you will ensure to target the right industry and evaluate the campaign effectiveness. This position reports directly to the Campaign Manager and requires extensive collaboration with Product Marketing, Content marketing and key stakeholders.
This person will be collaborating with counterparts in our Silicon Valley, USA office including our Senior Executive Team.

A lot of creative work of analyzing trends and results, while simultaneously thinking creatively about improvements and strategies.
You have:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing roles focused on outbound B2B
Knowledge of analytics methodologies, competitive analysis, surveys, and market trends
Proven ability to analyze data, spot trends and identify the opportunities for future prospects
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is required, and knowledge of additional marketing data and analytics platforms, and/or familiarity with concepts of data science would be an advantage
High level of organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and ‘hands-on’ approach
Ability to consistently deliver high quality work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Ability to quickly learn new tools, and adapt to new processes
You love digging into data – analyzing performance metrics for different marketing campaigns.
Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural environment.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
What you’ll do:
Work closely with cross- functional teams to understand the needs and trends
Analysis the leads pipelines and user needs and trends, conversion data, funnel analysis tracking the lead progress, and provide insight on customer/ lead conversion
Campaign Analysis on a qualitative and quantitative basis, understanding of the industry needs and persona’s involved, get the right messaging and the right use cases for particular issues
Provide detailed reports on effectiveness of multi- channel campaigns, analyzing the performance of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements as needed
Communicate opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders from across the business
