Full Job Description :-
With Minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in Administration and Office management.Well Versed in Employee Health and Safety measures in Building management and Statutory compliance.Conduct Risk analysis and ensure proper solution to avoid risk and hazard throughout all the offices of Adecco India.Able to be a SPOC of the multiple offices within the North / West Region allocated.To Handle Entire Administration arrangements like Stationary, Conveyance, Office Equipment’s, Telephones, Time Office & Other Personnel related to Administration activities by reporting to Sr. Manager – Admin and Procurement.Undertake general administration works [Ticketing and Stay Arrangements – Domestic and international, Visa, Forex, Car rental arrangement, Vehicle management, AMC’s, Mails & Couriers, Petty cash, Office boys, General Purchase, Stocks, Payment for Basic Services / Bills]Handling printing related jobs, for e.g. Visiting cards, Letter heads in coordination with HO Admin.Coordinating with all relevant personnel’s & organizing events/ trainings.Assist Admin Manager in set-up and renewal of varied service contracts from time to timeAssist Admin Manager as required and undertake the delegated tasksManage Administrative cost & budgeting, provisioning, bills receivables & payables, preparing monthly MIS reports for all Administrative expenses across locations.Purchase of Stationeries, Office Furniture’s and equipment’s at the minimum possible price.To adopt all measures, practices and procedures to ensure proper dispatch of documents and parcels both, within and out of the office and deal with postal authorities and courier agencies.To assess all office administration needsTo procure and maintain telephone and lease lines and actively liaise with concerned officials in case of failure of any of these.To enter into maintenance contracts for the upkeep of office utilities like Electrical , UPS, DG, AC, EPABX, Photocopying activities, electricity installations, etc.Bills and invoices receivables/approving and passing to a/c department for payments of all vendors and contractors.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
