Job Description:
1. Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors/creditors statements on a daily/monthly basis.
2. Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms, and requests for payments.
3. Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
4. Handling Statutory compliance i.e TDS, GST, PF, PT, etc.
5. Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, GST, Professional tax.
6. Maintenance of balances and follow-up for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
7. Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information.
8. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in the core accounts department.
Qualifications
B.com/M.com.
Must have knowledge of Advance Excel, Accounting Principles, and Tally ERP.
