Job Description
Monitor on project activities / progress.
Track project deliverables and provide support to project team.
Review operating practices and procedures determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures or expenditures.
Prepare reports by collecting and analysing information.
Assist to schedule project meetings, both internal and external, and facilitate them.
Provides historical reference by recording the discussions and distribute them in timely manner.
Update and maintain project documentation deliverables as required in project sharepoint.
Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades.
Coordinate and plan resource requirements to ensure project outcome deadlines are adhered to.
Support Quality framework initiatives. Be instrumental in executing Quality gate checks.
Cross functional collaboration and reporting for various Project management d
Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues may impact client relations.
Assist the project management team in the course of execution of different streams as guided by Project Managers.
Candidate Requirement
Candidate must process at least a Degree / Professional Certificate or equivalent.
Process strong analytical skill, detailed, responsible, passionate and result oriented.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
