Position: Accounts executive
Location: Paharganj, Delhi
Experience: 5-6 year
Salary: 20-25k
Industry: plywood/manufacturing
Qualification: B.com/M.com/ B.sc
Roles & Responsibilities –
Make all vouchers & journals and subsequently pass the required entries into tally on daily basis
Make sale vouchers from dispatch details of factory and shop
Make purchase vouchers from receiving details from factory and shop
Maintain and update rate lists of factory and shop
Maintain attendance reports of office staff, local and outstation sales team; and thereafter prepare payroll
Generate MIS reports and excel reports from Tally data as per the requirement of the management and other departments
Handle the personal tax files of the promoters
Carry out any other work as guided by the management
There is NO corporate taxation work in this role
Experience –
The Candidate should :
1. Be 30 + yrs of age with 5-6yrs of experience in accounting activities
2. Be comfortable with managing manual reports and planning
3. Have experience in handling a wide variety of projects
4. Be comfortable with written English
