Full Job Description :-
What will be your commitments and functions?- Managing and overseeing the daily finance operations (month-end and year-end processes,accounts payable/receivables, GL, reconciliations, Variance analysis, fixed assets activity,banking operations)- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles- Coordinate and complete annual audits- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions- Working knowledge of Income Tax, Indirect Taxes and Company lawWhat you must have?- Proven working experience of 3 to 5 years in Finance (preferably with a startup)- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or MBA-Finance- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws andregulationsWhat it’s really like to work here?We do things differently and work in a self sufficient and autonomous manner.
