Role: You are responsible for portfolio management including medical devices product strategy creation, go-to-market strategy execution, business model evolution, business development including strategic alliances, channel partners (worldwide).
Your contribution should directly & indirectly translate to product portfolio expansion, revenue recognition their by translating to business area growth.
Key KPIs (establishment): Strategic alliances & channel creation, development & management, Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) management
Key KPIs (results): Business pipelines leading to Profitable growth, Portfolio expansion, product strategy & business model execution
Product market ownership, responsible for creating & executing go-to-market strategies covering business models, pricing, revenue models to meet / exceed set business acquisition targetsEcosystem development including strategic alliances, channel partners, clinical partners, associations & institutions (Identify, qualify and conclude agreements)Market intelligence including competitor benchmarking, voice of customer & stakeholder feedbacksSupport in marketing strategy including inputs on product positioning, segmenting and collateral developmentPortfolio management and enhancements including business field analysis of potential future topicsInternal stakeholder management with alliances with other corporate functions
BE/B.Tech + MBA; 10-12 years of work experience post MBA
5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and product market ownership of next generation smart medical devicesExceptional communication & presentation skills with a logical analytical frame of mindStrong leadership skills, self-motivated, result-oriented an deadline driven
