Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for building and executing technical list requirements for credit card marketing campaigns via multiple channels based on the strategic directions on product, positioning, pricing and placement. In addition, this candidate will be directly responsible for managing list creation processes with the focus on seamless execution of campaigns and partnering across the firm to develop cross-line of business opportunities. This person will identify opportunities to improve processes, develop efficiencies, and deliver results, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Marketing Delivery directs and supports all aspects of “Run the Marketing Engine” across components, variables and various channels that make Marketing work. This may include the execution of marketing and servicing initiatives, performance management, activations, QA, testing, the transformation of E2E marketing processes, strategizing the best use of technology, ensuring campaign goals are aligned and delivered upon, and making recommendations to scale various channels to meet business demands.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
4+ years work experience; database/direct marketing experience required
Experience working for or with third party vendors and development teams
Background/experience in campaign and list management preferred
Computer literacy / proficiency Microsoft Office suite, working knowledge with SQL / Oracle databases and Other Reporting tools
