6+ Years of experience with SharePoint development and maintenance
Experience of having done various modules of SharePoint development
Preferably have DotNet and other application development exp.
Technical Knowledge and Skills required
Expert knowledge of SharePoint – Mandatory
Working knowledge of SQL – Mandatory
MS Office working knowledge and good in excel – Mandatory
Soft Skills Required
Good communication and presentation skills
Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask
Clarity of thoughts and vision
Ability to ideate and bring Analytics solutions to practical business problems on the table
Adherence to timelines, without sacrificing quality of output
Hands on and detail oriented, with a strong ability to co-ordinate across different Geographies and with different stakeholders at Exec and Director/Sr. Director levels
Key Performance Indicators
Project on time delivery
Project outputs delivered according to project charter
Project lead using standard methodology based on assessment
Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
Bachelors in IT/Computer Science from Premier institute or from Tier 1 schools
MCA from any Premier institute
