He or she will be an integral part of the India & Philippines Location Business Resiliency team.

This role will report to the Head of Location Business Resiliency for India and Philippines. The role will provide oversight, governance and reporting of the location level implementation of the BRUP program, by way of updates to Location senior leadership and global/regional partners and stakeholders. The role involves working closely with Firmwide Business Resiliency (FBR), Lob Resiliency teams to ensure adequate governance is in place, working with the CAO and other Corporate Functions such as Global Security, Global Real Estate, GTI, to ensure location level preparedness. This role in partnership with Global Security is responsible for coordinating crises response during any crises, incidents, or any other threats that may impact continuity of operations in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analytics, reporting and reporting enhancements in line with the new Resiliency agenda. Good Analytical skills and eye for details
Accuracy in processing in processing the BAU Metrics deliverables
Navigates systems quickly and accurately
Responsible for teams administrative responsibilities
Identify opportunities for process efficiency & implement in a controlled manner
Exhibit effective communication with key stakeholders.
Stakeholder management including Location leaders, LoBs, Corporate Functions and Support groups. Work closely with the counterpart in the team as well as Global/regional partners
Act in an advisory capacity for LoBs and Corporate Functions, as well as location leadership with respect to the policy and standards, programs, resiliency tools and metrics
Governance through publishing and monitoring of metrics and ensuring adequate follow up and due diligence on any non-adherence
Co-ordinating efforts during a crisis or incident, by being a centre point between LoBs, Corporate Functions and Support groups
The candidate is expected to be flexible in work timings covering his/her team and is also expected to manage the business needs
