Our Risk Management teams work to guarantee the safety and soundness of our systems and are responsible for identifying, managing, measuring and mitigating a spectrum of key risk types including credit, market, liquidity, systemic, operational and technology in all existing and new products, activities, processes and systems.
Risk Data, Process and Infrastructure oversees the development and execution of Risk Management’s technology portfolio supporting functions across the market, liquidity, credit, quantitative, operational and systemic risk departments. The area also oversees data integrity within Risk and defines data-related standards, policies and procedures, maintains data monitoring and notification methods, provides guidance on data usage, and collaborates with teams managing enterprise data standards, policies and procedures.
Responsible for gathering business requirements, designing solutions and grooming stories in partnership with Credit, Systemic and Regulatory Risk Business Groups. Ensure that applications are brought to market that meet customer requirements, are stable, reliable, and production-ready, and minimize risk to the organization. Candidate must be willing to develop a subject-matter expertise of the product being tested.
Your Responsibilities
Support high-level planning towards delivery of business and technical requirements in partnership with business users and application development
Lead requirement gathering sessions with business
Perform preliminary analysis to outline and identify upstream/downstream dependencies and applicable risks
Create JIRA stories based on the business requirements
Plan requirement content grooming and pointing session
Work closely with development team and all Squad members to ensure clarity in user stories, associated workflows, scenarios and use cases
Propose solutions on enhancements and present to business for approval
Create solutions mockups in coordination with application development and business users
Review defects and create respective JIRA stories
Qualifications
2-5 years of related experience
Bachelor degree required with Master’s highly preferred
Knowledge of financial services industry
Experience in financial risk management and/or Fintech strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with story grooming strongly preferred
Experience in Agile Project Management and advanced knowledge of JIRA and other workflow management tools
Experience with Python, VBA and SQL preferred but not required
Experience with Amazon Web Services is a plus
Experience with AI/ML is a plus
