What you’ll do:
As an Associate Researcher you will be part of the Research and Insights team. This team champions the voice of the customer and generates insights through surveys/ user research/ internal data to help stakeholders make decisions that address customer needs. You will be responsible for ensuring customer experience projects and initiatives are executed smoothly.
The Associate Researcher (AR) is responsible for
Work with senior researchers and key stakeholders including designers and product managers to identify objectives, goals, timelines and research execution plan
Demonstrating eagerness of learning tools, procedures and systems
Day-to-Day involvement with projects to design questionnaires, participate in project management, plan preparations and interpreting data for presentation
Communicate insights in a clear, concise, and creative manner to our key stakeholders to drive meaningful action across organisations
Advocating for users needs and customer centricity in different forums among cross functional teams
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree, MBA graduate preferred but not a must
1+ years experience of quantitative research practice (preferred)
Strong statistical & analytical skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or G-suite
Should have a deeper understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods including but not limited to usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys
Interest in brands and marketing
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
