Job Description
1. Identify and attract talent for the Firm by engaging the most qualified candidates, by building rapport with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business
2. Demonstrate working-level knowledge of, and/or proven record of success with lateral or experienced sourcing strategy development and execution, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including the following areas: a. Understanding and utilizing recruiting systems, technologies and protocols. b. Collaborating with sourcing professionals, hiring leaders, and business stakeholders. c. Contributing to full candidate life-cycle candidate recruitment and relationship building. d. Identifying and recommending candidates, coordinating interview scheduling, understanding offer negotiating, and bringing the candidate recruiting process to closure. e. Building working relationships with local partners, staff, and HR colleagues related to recruiting efforts. f. Managing and updating the experienced applicant tracking system, for candidate progression in the interview process on a real-time basis. g. Supporting pan India Recruiting Manager(s) with requisitions, as needed. h. Managing unsolicited and generic referrals as needed. i. Managing special projects at the pan India level.
3. Responding to routine recruiting-related questions from partners, staff, candidates, and new hires
