YOUR MISSION
Recruitment:
Responsible for all recruitment at store level of the assigned region
Maintain calendar for recruitment drives & campus drives
Innovate to create unique channels of sourcing
Shortlisting CVs from various job portals and cold calling for lining up interviews
Promote employee referral
Salary negotiation & offer rollout
Joining Formalities & induction:
Documentation & file maintenance of all new joinees and existing employees.
Induction of new joinees& smooth onboarding as per laid out policies and procedures
Employee Engagement:
Execute engagement at store level as per the calendar launched by HO
Regular one-one sessions with store teams
Grievance handling & appropriate escalation for timely resolution
One point contact for all HR related issues/concerns of store staff Manage the entire employee cycle for both the formats of Retail from recruitment to exit interviews
Responsible for Hiring turnaround time of the employees
Reducing attrition among new joiners and HIPO employees.
Interacting with employees to address their issues and conflicts, if any.
Manage employee engagement
HR Operations:
Maintain various MIS Reports
Responsible for releasing Appointments letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters, relieving letter, PIP letter etc. at store level
Maintain various MIS reports for the assigned regions such as Manpower tracker, Manpower cost tracker, Recruitment cost tracker, Employee master, Salary master, Leave MIS, Attendance master, Insurance Addition &deletions master etc.
Help employees with right interpretation of HR policies & SOPs
To support Area Managers& ensure that the HR SOPs/policies are being executed.
Responsible for payroll & related MIS of the region6.This role will also involve travelling to the stores across the regions.
YOUR TALENT
Highest qualification should be MBA in HR
Work experience as an HR, preferably in the retail industry
Hands-on experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates for various seniority levels
Good understanding of labor legislation including regulations about flexible types of employment
Knowledge of payroll systems and HR databases6.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
