Full Job Description :-
Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
Student registrations – coordinate with Sales support team
Will serve as the help desk for all program related queries, through emails and phone calls, organize freshman orientation and onboarding of students.
Coordinate with Placement team (JAGSOM) to create placement opportunities and facilitate placement process.
Manage Student ERP – with the IT team to create student ids, registration numbers etc
Coordinate with Finance Department for registration follow ups , fee updates
Effective and timely communication of all matters concerning student registrations and attrition to the Dean, Chairperson and related offices
Feedback collection, compilation and (proper) communication of student feedback about faculty (co-ordinate with Academic Coordinator)
Timely preparation academic reports as per the school requirements.
Be the point of Contact for all student related queries – Academic/Exams/Fee etc.
Liaison with Exam unit for all information regarding student progression and graduation.
Maintain all records concerning student registrations and progression – coordinating with the Academic Coordinator
Key Capabilities
Ability to answer academic questions at the front desk, through emails, and phone calls, and provide with any necessary resources and information sessions.
Skill to work effectively with people from differing backgrounds, ages, and nationalities.
Strong prioritization, organization, and planning skills
Adapt to a flexible work schedule and changes in work hours
Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Be discrete and keep the information confidential
Qualifications
At least 3 years of work experience in the relevant domain
An MBA /Master’s degree in Business /Management or related disciplines from reputed university/institute
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and more than 5 years of relevant work
experience and established expertise may be considered.
Expertise in working with Microsoft tools – Word, Excel, Power point etc., and experience working on ERPs
Proven track record in executive work in student affairs and academic coordination.
