This is a remote position.
Translate By Humans is looking for a fast learner and organised Customer Support Executive with great
work ethics to tend client needs while working with internal teams.
The main role and responsibility of the resource will be of handling the inbound inquiries on Zoho Desk and
developing/maintaining client relationships. He/she will be working across various verticals and industries.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Daily Client inquiries on Zoho desk which includes all the kinds of services (Translation, Subtitling, Interpretation, Transcription, and Voice over).
Understanding the type of inquiry, responding to them on time, and service oriented manner.
Getting on a client call as and when needed to build client relationships.
Price and quote client(s) to win the new projects and maintain profit margins.
Once the project is confirmed, assign the projects to the operations team and track its progress.
Be the point of contact between the client and operations team, and responsible for accurately conveying the clients requirements to the operations team.
Keeping track of and reporting on project progress to the client as needed.
Review the deliverables before sending them to the client(s).
Sending final files and getting feedback from the client(s).
Resolving the Clients complaints brought to your attention and communicating it to the Ops team.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication, reports, and strategic development plans.
Handling in-bound website chats.
Education: Bachelors degree or higher education preferred.
Experience: 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in the Localisation industry as Customer Support.
Should be willing to work in morning shift – 7 AM – 4 PM IST.
Fluent in English Communication (Verbal and Written), additional language skills will be an advantage, and should have Customer Service abilities.
A proactive approach to work in a time-sensitive work environment and dynamic to learn new things.
Understanding of Localisation file formats, basic industry tools like CAT, TMS, and web technologies along with Microsoft Office programs would be preferable.
Team worker and ready to meet clients expectations as promised (This includes working on weekends – if needed and urgent).
