Accounts ExecutiveProperty and Asset ManagementWhat this job involvesWhat this job involves: Being on top of facilities and operations costsBalancing the planned budget and actual costs requires extensive financial knowledge—that’s why we’re on the lookout for a billing expert who can get the job done flawlessly.Guided by the facility manager, you’ll extend administrative and accounting support toboth facility and engineering management teams. All invoices received from our vendorswill also be on your watch—ensuring that they are checked, verified and authenticatedbased on regulatory standards.Part of your daily checklist will be to work closely with our Client’sthe HSBC AccountsPayable Team to guarantee the timely receipt of payments and processing of invoiceswithin the cut-off. You’ll also receive crucial certificates, which you will hand over to ourrespective vendors. In all your tasks, you should aim tomeet―andeven go beyond―the HSBC team’s expectations.Receive invoices from vendor and update in invoice tracker
Prepare invoice stamp, review correctness of invoices, and obtain approval from property manager before sending to back office team for booking in accounting software.
Process vendor payments and conduct vendor reconciliation twice a year with balance confirmation from vendors
You will be responsible to accurate generation of common area maintenance, utility and other invoice, collection, updating in accounting software.
Ensure the preparation of year-end expense reconciliation reports and monitor tenant collections/credits.
Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings
Prepare all financial reports and review with Compliance and Liaisoning Manager.
Assist in annual budget preparation and year-end recoveries.

Keeping track of reports and project updatesThis role is a great opportunity to showcase your analytical skills as you’ll be tasked togenerate reports. On top of this, you’ll also take care of data needed for making costsheets, annual budgets and quarterly business reviews. You’ll also manage all monthlyfinancial, outsourcing and management reports to be submitted to the facilities manager.Also part of your scope is to handle other reports required by the HSBC team.Sound like you?
