Full Job Description :-
The Command Center functions as a monitoring and incident management unit for all funds transfer operational/business process related functions. On a 24 x 6 basis, the Command Center ensures the availability of all core systems, servers and processes that impact Funds Transfer Network processing. This individual will be responsible for detection of application failure, application slowdown, queue buildup, incident response, coordination, and emergency communication. In addition, this individual will be responsible for Level 1 troubleshooting and issue resolution on a broad range of software applications, platforms, and networks.
The individual must be willing to listen, diagnose, and resolve issues in an efficient and timely fashion providing superior quality and excellence to our customers. It is expected that the Command Center operator will possess and develop a set of general and specialized skills that will compliment the skill set of the entire team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitor the integrity and timeliness of critical process flows including the communication of system and service availability
Complete level 1 application troubleshooting and analysis by working with various Technology Support groups to ensure the physical and logical stability, reliability, and confidentiality of various systems in accordance with operations policies, procedures and guidelines
Create and update incident response documentation, communication, and coordination
Ensure adherence to the escalation process to ensure efficient, timely, high quality support is provided in response to any inquiry or problem received
Participate in UAT, implementation, migrations and system enhancements
Complete activities and requests related to Funds Transfer Network Compliance with procedures and control
Project initiatives and create process improvements
1-3 Years operational experience with monitoring and management applications supporting network, storage, server or mainframe environments
Flexibility required due to the time zone constraints of a Global Program.
Experience with financial transaction services organizations
Experience working with global and multi-region initiatives and teams
Familiarity with metrics and reporting best practices
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid problem solving abilities
Logical thinker, step oriented problem solving
Solid troubleshooting skills
Ability to coach junior team members
Heavily focused on providing quality customer experience
Able to multitask and adhere to strict deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Working Shifts: Candidates need have Flexibility in working hours and open to weekend working
