Ensure correctness and accuracy of the data that is being processed.
Ensure that the data generated from our end is in adherence with laid down procedures.
Ensure the lowest possible error rate while processing of data.
To adhere and process, as per the instructions in documented procedures.
Responsible for ensuring error free processing in the deputed process including CIP/SV & Collateral Checking of Loans and Payments with a minimum productivity of 100%.
Ensure all TATs and Accuracy are met as per agreed SLA with respective countries.
Ensure compliance of group code of conduct by the team.
Ensure referrals are sent and closed within agreed timelines.
To ensure all required controls and procedures are adhered to in all processes.
Ensure satisfactory audit rating in both internal and external reviews.
Ensure all reconciliation applicable to the PVB team are in place and the outstanding items are reviewed and escalated appropriately.
Understand various Risk Management tools in the unit/ function and ensure the same is adhered to.
Ensure to escalate any transaction to the TL which are not clear or where not as per standard process.
Ensure regular feedbacks are sought and received on performance for TL and manager to sustain and improve performance.
Ensure effective performance monitoring system is in place.
Utilise training tools within the unit to self training across various processes.
Support migration of operations from other countries into GBS PVB hub.
Achieve high levels of productivity and error free processing.
Flexible in work priorities to meet business requirements with a constructive attitude.
Adherence to Service Level Agreements.
Contribute in the quality initiative by foreseeing future problems along with preventive action.
Work towards achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
