Responsibilities

– Promote proactive approach on Reference data activities Contribute in transformation/change management projects – Improve digitization of process/activities by being a change agent Knowledge management: Lead initiatives to up skill staff – Imaprting RDH Academy training to staff – Define, execute & lead action plans by positioning teams bench marking the peer players – Process cartography with clear demarcation of REF processes Digital Transformation: – Automation initiatives for all processes Quality of service & ownership – Contribute to improve quality of data in BDR/Maestro – Knowledge in terms of related business processes (e.g.: KYC, clients on-boarding,…) Knowledge in terms of specific stakes for each Business Lines (MARK, GLBA, SGSS, LYXOR,…) to contribute to business development and then the specific needs in terms of client and other data Industrialization – Define, customize and implement best practices in RRD to be on par with an Industry Client Focus – Build trustworthy and long-term client/internal partner relationships – Ensure client/internal partner acquisition and satisfaction are the central concerns – Demonstrate a genuine curiosity about our clients’/ internal partners’ needs

Profile required

Should have completed graduation / post graduate in Commerce

Should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Good proficiency with MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Word
Should have a relevant industry accreditation in the area of expertise ,
Client-oriented: pro-activeness, responsiveness, listening partners/clients needs
Results oriented: deliver projects and monitoring tools and dashboard for production
Quality of communication: written and oral
Deductive and Analytical skills
Open minded and innovative approach

Change management and accompaniment

Behavioral attributes
Ability to work in a cross cultural team across geographical locations and time zones

Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to demonstrate team spirit, client focus and ownership
Willingness to be part of a deadline driven process
Investigative abilities and eye for detail
Good analytical and problem solving skills
