LOCATION: 401, VIVA ATELIER, NEAR STATUE CIRCLE, NARANPUR, AHMEDABAD 380013
WORK HOURS: 7.30PM TO 4.30AM IST (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Recruitment Program Coordinator is responsible for delivery on the day to day operations of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) / Vendor Management Systems (VMS) programs. The position reports to the Company President and will require daily interaction with multiple client, vendor, and corporate stakeholders.
Provides support for and performs aspects of all stages of the staff augmentation life cycle, including requisition review and release, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer processing, onboarding, reporting, and offboarding.
Works with a team of recruiting professionals to coordinate program activities between MSP account coordinators and Client Executives.
Responsible for meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response time and customer service.
Responsible for administration of the Vendor Management System (VMS) application in response to requests from client managers, vendors, project management, and corporate support
Provides email and telephone support to client managers and end-clients on the VMS application (JobDiva) and program processes and procedures
Serves as a point of escalation for junior staff members to resolve issues within contractual Service Level Agreement deadlines
Reviews and provides quality assurance to staffing Requisitions and distributes to recruiters daily/real-time.
Reviews resumes and processes candidate submittals daily.
Assists in coordinating candidate interview schedules with recruiters and ensure the IT logistics are taken care.
Responsible for preparation, processing, and submission of resumes to multiple VMS tools including Fieldglass, WAND, Beeline, etc.
Provides training to resources on the process when required.
Maintains program statistics and distribute metrics reports on a weekly and monthly basis
Maintains candidate tracking and vendor management databases
Assists in resolving conflicts between client and suppliers with a focus on serving both parties as partners
Pursues opportunities to raise our profile within the client as appropriate
Assumes responsibility for special projects as assigned
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Four or more years’ experience in Staffing & Recruiting industry, preferably US or international markets.
One or more-years’ experience in a leadership, management, coordination or supervision role.
Willing to working US shift from our Ahmedabad facility.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
Excellent English reading, writing and phone-skills.
This role requires attention to detail, analysis and writing skills.
