As Ganit’s Chief People Officer (CPO), you will be empowering our employees spread across the globe to achieve our mission, and together with them, create a culture that attracts and inspires the world’s most passionate data science and analytics talent.
As CPO at Ganit, you will head the entire HR function and manage the team responsible for talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits, employee relations as well as payroll and HRIS. You will be a member of the leadership team of Ganit and will have the opportunity to shape the future of our fast-growing company.
An ideal candidate will have significant experience in the start-up industry, will be extremely resourceful and will possess excellent communication and proven leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The CPO will provide appropriate HR advice and counsel to the CEO and the company’s leadership team on HR issues and will be responsible for directing all human resources functions at Ganit. As the top HR leader at Ganit, the CPO will play the leading role on a variety of business and operational-oriented people processes and initiatives.
In addition, our CPO will be responsible for:
Developing people strategies to scale Ganit organically from 200 to 2000 data geeks
Making Ganit’s employee experience and practices a model for other companies
Ideating and implementing innovative HR solutions that are scalable as well as impactful
Revamping and leading the current HR initiatives and introducing new HR interventions for our talent
Steering areas such as employer branding, employee communication, and engagement programs
Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources with 5 years at a senior leadership level
Prior experience of delivering high-quality output in a fast-paced workplace or a start-up will be a great add-on
MBA in HR or equivalent education from a tier-1 institution
Knowledge of best practices in HR and issues impacting the workforce in multiple markets
Experience in managing high-volume recruitment, managing in a low-margin business, understanding and motivating employees at all levels
Proven ability to recruit, develop, motivate, and retain exceptional talent.
Demonstrated innovation around key HR programs (Engagement, Rewards, Performance) to meet the business need
