Why this role
As part of our People team, the Total Rewards Analyst will execute the day-to-day operations and projects for compensation, benefits, and rewards at Evolve. Your focus will be on offering a positive, customer-centric Evolver Experience through the lens of total rewards by ensuring new Evolvers understand their benefits, assisting the People team and other leaders with compensation requests, and guiding Evolvers through the leave of absence process. Our Total Rewards team is leading some exciting initiatives to enhance the Evolver Experience as we quickly scale, and you’ll be part of it!
What you’ll do

Complete grade slotting and market benchmarking for new roles and roles that change significantly
Collaborate with the talent acquisition team and people leaders on day-to-day compensation approvals and pay recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, etc.
Participate in annual benefits and compensation surveys to help inform total rewards leaders on strategy
Manage leave of absences, including partnering closely with our third party leave carrier, educating and assisting Evolvers through the leave process, and collaborating with the Payroll team for time coding related to leaves.
Assist Total Rewards Manager with Open Enrollment execution
Assist in annual compensation structure and job review
Help Evolve stay compliant with ACA measurement, 1095-C reviews, and assisting with annual 401(k) audit
Process all equity compensation transactions, upload into the equity system, and prepare quarterly information for Board approval
Maintain job descriptions
Build and maintain all compensation SOPs
Conduct quarterly Fair Pay analyses
May have other varying tasks or duties, including total rewards project execution, equity administration, and back up day to day benefits administration

What makes you a great fit

3+ years of broad-based benefit and compensation program administration
Working knowledge of all health and welfare benefits and compensation processes, procedures, and regulations
Working knowledge of compensation market pricing, job slotting, structure knowledge, and processing promotions and new hire compensation recommendations
Strong analytical skills, including strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
An unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality or experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities while continuing to advance critical initiatives
Self-assured and have a high tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
An ability to gain trust through effective communication and doing what you say you will do
A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common sense

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both!
For this role our salary range is $67,000 to $77,000, depending on relevant experience
