The Account Solutions Specialist plays an important role in assisting senior managers in the management of business changes. The responsibility includes:
Assessment of business changes through performance of impact analysis and providing final recommendations on the feasibility of proposals.
Participate in working group meetings and UAT.
Implement solution through training of end users and ensuring procedure documents are updated.
Analyze, propose, and drive efficiency and control improvement ideas and solutions.
Drive implementation of RPA solutions and handle related ad-hoc tasks.

Your skills and experience
Account Solutions Team is part of Reference Data department and is a critical function within Groups Operations. The team has key responsibility of improving business process for the Global Reference Data Group. The desired skills and experience for the role are as following:
Knowledge of Reference Data is essential
Proven ability to work and collaborate in a global-team setting as well as an individual self-starter
Proven ability to lead and deliver change the bank projects
Proficient in concise communication with executives
Proficient in new technology such as RPA and Machine Learning etc. is preferred
You have 10+ years of proven experience in Financial services / Investment Banking
