Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) is the part of Corporate Risk Management that protects our clients and our firm from financial crimes by assisting all Schwab enterprises in the assessment of Fraud, BSA/AML/Sanctions, and Conduct risk presented to our business units. The FCRM Productivity Tools and Enhancements team is responsible for data visualization and SharePoint site development that enable FCRM’s teams to prevent, detect, and handle financial crimes risk.
We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and detail-focused Manager of Productivity Tools and Enhancements who is passionate designing new tools and processes for the Financial Crimes Risk Management teams. This team member will help to convert existing SharePoint 2010 lists, libraries, forms, and workflows to newer versions of SharePoint. This role requires a highly resourceful, self-motivated individual with the ability to partner, carry out, and lead through influence and collaboration across FCRM.

What you are good at
This individual will report directly to the Director of Productivity Tools and Enhancements and will be responsible for driving and supporting a range of key activities in order to advance and complete the group’s vision and strategic agenda. The Manager will work closely with the FCRM Transformation & Innovation Office Team on a range of ongoing activities and projects, including but not limited to:
Develop and maintain organizational SharePoint webpages
Develop SharePoint Apps
Develop customized Microsoft Power Apps Forms
Develop Microsoft Power Automate Flows
Create SharePoint views with view specific permissions
Perform User Acceptance Testing for the SharePoint migration project
Redevelop the existing InfoPath forms using Microsoft Power Apps Forms
Redevelop the existing SharePoint Designer Workflows using Microsoft Power Automate Flows
Provide knowledge transfer for all supported functions to increase business continuity
Complete other duties as assigned
What you have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or relevant experience
Experience in Microsoft SharePoint Designer
Experience in Microsoft InfoPath
Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate Flows
Proficient in Microsoft Power Apps Forms
Proficient in creating and handling SharePoint permission groups
Proficient in developing SharePoint web pages and web parts
Experience in management and administration for SharePoint 2010/2019 and Online
Comfortable working with users to define requirements and design effective solutions
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a reciprocal team
Willing to learn new skills and tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau
Excellent analytical, quantitative skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new systems quickly and to adapt to changing business conditions
Confidence in a dynamic and rapid-moving work environment, with a positive demeanor and solid work ethic
Identify and solves problems creatively; ability to think beyond immediate consequences
Self-motivated, results-focused self-starter and shown ability to work independently with little supervision
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize business needs
Great teammate with an ability to form relationships across all levels of an organization
Target Total Compensation – 87,600 – 157,600.
