The focus of the Sales Administrator/ Admin Professional role is to provide administrative support to multiple salespeople to include maintaining the Client Relationship Management System (CRM), processing sales documents and materials, scheduling meetings, and working on other special projects. This role is remote and can work anywhere in the U.S.ResponsibilitiesDevelop sales focused documents in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to support colleagues and clients/prospectsMaintain, manage, and process documents and materials including CRM data, expense reports, invoicing, supply orders, contracts, and shippingCommunicate effectively and respond on time to internal/external inquiries by phone and emailAssist and coach sales associates in maintaining the CRM database and navigating DDI systems and processesCollaborate, both proactively and reactively, within and across teams to solve problems and identify ways to improve services or processesSchedule virtual and in-person meetingsMeet all project deadlines and metricsWork with sales team members and internal partners to write, design, and distribute sales collateral such as product/solution information, event invitations, and marketing postcardsWork with sales team members and internal partners to create, plan, and manage marketing initiatives, including live events, webinars, direct mail, and be the point person for Webex meetingsCollaborate with sales team members to respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) by gathering responses and contributing to writing/editingWork account management team to increase penetration and expansion in assigned client organizationsSupport critical client researchBasic Qualifications (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job)Prior administrative experience supporting sales teams (strongly preferred)Proficiency in current Microsoft Office Applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OutlookExperience using a CRM (ex.
