Job Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.Update calendars and schedule meetings.Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, coordination etc.Required Experience, SkillsProven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.Excellent written and verbal skills.Proficiency in MS-Office.Professional attitude and appearance.Excellent Inter-personal, Organizational and Multitasker Skills.Should be energetic & enthusiastic to take initiatives.Qualifications: Graduate in any, Certification in Office ManagementExperience: 1-2 yearsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
