Roles and ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Managing Director’s work including appointments and the diary, travel and accommodation, managing his dates towards the business plan, producing agendas, minutes and all key paperwork for meetings.Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Managing DirectorPerforms clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents to the Managing Director.Organise and arranges travel and accommodationsScheduling meetings, taking notes and recording minutes of meetings.Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents determine the importance and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff and update the same on a timely basis to the Managing DirectorPerforms office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.Follow-up on the work assigned by the MDPreparation of Presentations/Agendas for the Meetings.Follow up with the client’s appointment, calendar remainder on appointment with clients/customers, monitoring his important meeting plan.Maintaining utmost confidentiality of business-related communicationsAdditional / added Responsibilities: Performs additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director based on the requirementsDesired Candidate ProfileHaving minimum 3 years and a maximum of 8 years as Secretary to the MD/ED/CEO/DIRECTOR/VPKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsProficiency in MS Office.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Navi Mumbai – 400703, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 4 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
