We are looking for an HR Business Partner to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes for our India Team. This position will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, HR analytics, and compliance for Platform9’s India Team. The HR Business Partner will have a large impact on the success and happiness of Platform9’s employees.
Responsibilities
Recruitment:
Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process (initial contact, interview debriefs, CTC sheet computation and negotiation, and offer accept)
Partner closely with stakeholders and establish hiring strategies for multiple roles
Circulate weekly reporting to business leaders and provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes
Ensure candidate tracking is up-to-date and compliant in our ATS (JazzHR)
Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels
Create and maintain a great candidate experience through sharing of feedback and frequent check-ins
Stay abreast of market compensation data and trends
Manage relationships with recruiting agencies and lead campus recruiting
HR Operations and Business Partnership:
Lead and manage the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee relations, compliance, talent and performance management, culture, employee engagement, and offboarding)
Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries from our India employees regarding benefits, policies, employee data, and HR processes and systems
Partner with managers and stakeholders to develop effective HR policies and processes to support the strategic growth of the business
Collaborate cross-functionally with global HR, Finance and other teams and manage HR and insurance vendor relationships
Office Administration:
Manage remote and on-site (when applicable) onboarding and offboarding of employees including equipment configuration and delivery/return
Own office management, layout and planning; work with external vendors on identifying office space, negotiating contracts, and managing company benefits/perks such as food, branded swag, etc.
Plan and organize engaging company events (virtual and in-person) throughout the year including meetups and conferences/talks
Finance and Payroll:
Manage monthly payroll process and ensure employees receive required pay-slips and documentation
Administer vendor payments and employee reimbursements
Requirements
To succeed in this role you’ll need to be a team player with a strong sense of ownership for your work and a passion for working in a data driven organization.
7+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role; people experience in a startup tech company preferred
Experience with JazzHR or similar ATS; our tool set includes Google Suite, Keka, 15Five
Persistent and creative self-starter who can carry a plan from inception to completion
A data driven approach to people management

Approachable, open demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive topics with tact
Excellent organizational skills
Successful experience working with dual reporting and a US entity preferred
