We are looking for a skilled HR & Admin Officer who will support HR functions and will be involved in developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills.The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees.Responsibilities: Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working daysPrepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by departmentRespond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesAdmin ResponsibilitiesManage office supplies stock and place ordersPrepare regular reports on expenses and office budgetsMaintain and update company databasesOrganize a filing system for important and confidential company documentsAnswer queries by employees and clientsUpdate office policies as neededDistribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails and packages)Arrange travel and accommodationsSchedule inhouse and external eventsMonitor housekeeping activities.Plan and carry out company beautification which includes,To have excellent presentation for customers/visitors.Complete solution for cultivating motivating work culture.To emphasize on international standards of ISO9001Convert workplace in a visual & organized platform.Emphasize on importance of safety given in company.Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesPossess a degree in Human ResourceComputer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.Able to work under pressure and efficiently.Ability to communicate effectively & professionallyAbility to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, calculators, copiers etc.Ability to follow oral and written instructions.Positive & pro-active attitude towards workAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to speak good English.
